Guarantor Services

Welcome to Guarantor Services, the guaranty division of the Connecticut Student Loan Foundation.

As a student loan guarantor, CSLF guarantees and administers loans within the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP).  CSLF sincerely believes in providing customized, individual attention and service.  We focus on providing quality support and superior customer service in all areas of our organization.

CSLF's role has expanded far beyond the delivery of student loans.  While we remain focused and dedicated to our traditional responsibilities as a guaranty agency, our core functions have expanded to include: 

• College planning initiatives
• Customized default prevention services
• Loan processing and application functions
• Education and training services
• Community outreach
